Thinking Differently

Think differently .. actually in 6 different ways!

We can often get stuck or go around in circles if we over think things, when it comes to starting or growing a business.

By over thinking – I mean thinking about it in exactly the same way … over & over again!  (Also known as the ‘hitting your head off a brick wall effect’)

But to really help you move things forward, it can really help to purposefully look at things in ways that you may not naturally consider.

In this short RT-TV episode watch to see how you could use the powerful ‘Six Thinking Hats’ process by Edward de Bono, in your world!

Choose a situation that you’re currently grappling with!

This could be an idea you have for a new product or service, or even a challenge you’re looking to overcome.

Then take time to really put on each of the 6 hats at a time!  Fully consider what insights it gives you & options that it may spark.

I’d love to hear how you get on, so do please drop a quick message below in the comment box below.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

This method has just came up at the right time for me, today I have been contemplating on premises. Can we afford them? Can we not?? Is it the right move? I am away to put pen to paper using these different hats and see the final outcome is.
