A Bit About Me?
I’m Osmaan
Husband to Shareen & dad to 3 lively boys.
We’re based in Glasgow, Scotland … though most of my clients are dotted all over the world, which I love.
Corporate Professional to Accidental Business Owner
I’ve always been drawn to helping people. It’s what attracted me starting out my career as a HR Manager & Regional Training Manager at Marks & Spencer before moving into the banking sector.
But it was discovering Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that really changed everything.
I trained whilst still in my corporate career & started coaching colleagues & team members on the side. The shifts I was seeing were rapid.
Confidence, habits, results – changing faster than anything else I’d tried. I was fascinated. And if I’m honest, I wanted to spend more time doing that than my actual job.
That told me everything I needed to know. So in 2007, I quit my job to start my business to do just that … feeling both terrified & excited in equal measure.
My Transformation Toolkit
I started out sharing NLP as a trainer then moved into coaching – first with leaders in the corporate world, then with business owners.
A couple of years in, Wealth Dynamics came into my world & changed how I thought about growing a business entirely.
Today, as a certified NLP Master Coach & Accredited Wealth Dynamics & Talent Dynamics Consultant, I’ve coached & mentored thousands of business owners … most of whom, like you, came from climbing the corporate ladder & didn’t dream of being business owners as they grew up.
Still in the Trenches
I don’t just coach business owners – I still work with leaders & teams across a wide range of industries through the other arm of my business, Rapid Transformation. Plus, I’m a collaborative partner with organisations that are doing transformational work in the healthcare & public sectors.
Which means everything I bring to clients is grounded in real current experience, not just theory or things that worked a decade ago.
